最近几年,西方关于饮用红葡萄酒是好是坏,甚至在医学界,都形成了截然不同的两种见解。
法国时尚杂志《Elle》把这些观点做了一个归纳和总结,一共有25条,其中19条正方,6条是反方。
ALL THE GREAT THINGS STUDIES CLAIM DRINKING RED WINE CAN DO:(正方)
1. Lower the risk of breast cancer.降低乳腺癌风险
2. Raise levels of good HDL cholesterol.提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平
3. Be equivalent to an hour of exercise.相当于一个小时锻炼
3. Give you better sleep quality.有助睡眠
4. Prevent tooth decay. 防止蛀牙
5. Reduce plaque in your arteries.减少动脉粥样版块
6. Make you have fewer colds.抗寒
7. Help you lose weight.有助减肥
8. Lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, and dementia.降低心脏病,中风,和痴呆症的风险。
9. Give you "gorgeous skin.光滑皮肤
10. Aid digestion.帮助消化
11. Enhance exercise performance.提高运动成绩
12. Control Type 2 Diabetes.防治二型糖尿病
13. Help you "chill out."让人平静下来
14. Reduce risk of depression.降低抑郁症风险
15. Give you a longer life.有助长寿
16. Increase diversity of bacteria in your gut.增加肠道细菌的多样性
17. Fight off cavities.防治龋齿
18. Stop bug bites.防止害虫叮咬
19. Prevent memory loss.防止失忆
AND ALL THE HORRIBLE THINGS:(反方)
1. Increase the risk of breast cancer.增加乳腺癌风险
2. Damage the liver.破坏肝功能
3. Not reduce mortality.并不有助长寿
4. Increase risk of stroke and heart attack.增加心脏病,中风的风险。
5. Lead to alcoholism.会导致酗酒
6. Hamper muscle healing.妨碍肌肉愈合
列举完上述观点之后,《Elle》总结说:公说公有理,婆说婆有理,天知道怎么回事?但有一点是确定的,吃晚饭的时候,少了一杯马尔贝克红酒可不行,所以喝吧(管这么多干嘛!)
